Who hasn’t heard of the Ab Circle Pro? I mean its one of the most popular ab machines out there. However many people continue to remain sceptical and suspicious of this product and most wonder “does the Ab Circle Pro really work? Continue reading and you’ll find out if this is really worth your money and time.
How does it work?
The Ab Circle Pro is quite unique, because it claims to burn stomach fat by combining a cardio workout with an ab workout. It requires one to assume a position on knees (on top of knee pads), while clutching onto the handles. When down on all fours, you rotate your body from side to side. In doing so, it will apparently work your abs, although you can adjust the machine to work your thighs and buns.
What’s the catch?
Well, if some have gotten abs with this machine and answer they question of does the Ab Circle Pro really work, in a positive way. Then I’ll tell you what, they didn’t get abs by only using this machine. In saying that, many people continue to believe exercise myths and something the makers of this product won’t tell you, is that you can’t just get abs by exercising on this product alone.
Yes, they gave an eating manual, so they indeed stressed that a healthy eating lifestyle is important. However, this machine is just one of the steps in getting a flat, flab free stomach.
This is where the myth of spot reduction comes in, stating that you can reduce fat from a specific body area, just by working only on that part. But the truth is you can’t. So just by working on your abs with this machine, it won’t entirely get you abs, because there’s so much more to it. In order to get abs and burn belly fat, you have to work your whole body and the Ab Circle Pro doesn’t, that’s the reason why it’s not so effective.
Is it worth my money?
This product certainly has its pros and cons, like any other. You can buy it and without a doubt, get results provided that you also do full body workouts, including intense and fat burning workouts, as well as, sticking to a healthier eating lifestyle.
Then there are other things to consider, like if you really want to spend as much as $200 on the machine, while you can just get the same workout with same results, doing much traditional methods.
It’s pretty much up to you to decide, and to answer the question of does the ab circle pro really work, because my opinion pretty much differs from yours at the end of the day. However, do take the above opinions into consideration. Good Luck!
